What’s the catch with a free website?
There isn’t one. We build the site at no cost because the $75 a month for hosting, security, updates and support is how we earn our keep. There’s no contract, and billing doesn’t start until your new site is live.
How is my website score calculated?
We load up to five of your pages in a real browser on desktop and phone, run Google’s Lighthouse speed test and check your links, metadata and local business data. Then each page is graded against a written 69-point rubric across 17 areas, from how clearly you explain your offer to how easy it is to call you. That website score makes up 80% of your total. The other 20% is your AI search visibility: 22 checks on whether ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews, Copilot, Perplexity and Claude can read and understand your site.
Why do you promise 90+ and not 100?
A few checks depend on things only you can supply, like customer reviews, pricing and photos of your work. We build every site so it scores 90 or higher and we re-run the score before launch so you can see it for yourself.
What does “all updates included” mean?
Changes to your content: hours, prices, text, photos, services, team members and new pages for new services. Software, security and plugin updates are included too. Big new features like an online store or a custom booking system are quoted separately, and we’ll always tell you before anything costs extra.
Do you check how I show up in AI search?
Yes, it’s part of your score. AI search visibility counts for 20% of the total: whether ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity and Claude can read your site, and whether it gives them the facts and answers they need to recommend you. You’ll see your AI score in seconds, before the rest of the scan finishes.
I already have a website. Can you work with it?
Yes. We rebuild it on our platform using your existing content, photos and branding as a starting point, then fix everything the score flagged. Your domain stays registered in your name the whole time.
Do I own my website?
Your domain is always registered in your name. After 12 monthly payments, the site itself is yours to keep, even if you decide to host it somewhere else.

What do you do with my website address?
We use it to run your score, and we keep the results along with the public contact details listed on your website so we can follow up about them. We don’t sell your information.
