Every printed poster is a price you are stuck with.
Fuel moves. Vendor promos land with two days notice. A food item goes out of stock at 6am. Printed signage cannot keep up with any of it — so stores quietly run the wrong price, the stale promo, or a laminated sign taped over the old one.
- Reprint and reship every time a price changes
- Days of lag between a decision and the sign
- Every store looks slightly different
- Staff taping over yesterday’s promo
- No way to run a weekend-only offer
- Change the price once, everywhere, in seconds
- Vendor artwork live the same day it arrives
- Every store on the same brand templates
- Promos that start and expire on schedule
- Zero printing and shipping cost, permanently
One dashboard. Every screen. Every store.
Your screens are not running off a thumb drive someone has to walk in and swap. Each display is driven by a networked media player that checks in continuously, pulls down what you publish, and keeps playing even if the connection or the power drops.
You see what every screen is playing right now. You publish to one store or the whole chain in the same number of clicks.
Push changes in seconds
Change a price or swap a promo and it is live on the screens almost immediately — one store or every store, from a laptop or your phone.
Day-parting on autopilot
Breakfast rolls into lunch, late-night promos appear on schedule, seasonal campaigns start and end on their own. Set it once.
Keeps running when the line drops
Content is cached on the player. Lose the internet and the screens keep playing — no black screens, no error messages in front of customers.
Power-loss auto recovery
After an outage the players boot straight back into your content. No staff member hunting for a remote, no call to the help desk.
Every store on one dashboard
Group locations by brand, region, or format. See what each screen is playing right now, and publish to a whole group in one action.
Locked-down brand templates
Menus and price layouts are built as templates, so a price change never breaks the design and every store looks like the same company.
Upload your own artwork — or hand the whole thing to us.
Some owners already have a folder of vendor promos and brand assets. Some do not want to think about design at all. Both work here.
Upload it yourself
Drag in the images and videos you already have — vendor campaign assets, fuel brand creative, your own photos. Drop them onto a screen or a group of screens and publish. Common image and video formats are supported, and templates keep everything correctly sized so nothing lands stretched or cropped.
- Use the vendor assets you already receive
- Drag, drop, schedule, publish
- Templates handle sizing automatically
Our design team builds it
We have an in-house graphic design team — the same one behind our branding and web work. We will build your menu layouts, promo graphics, animated price displays, and seasonal campaigns, so your screens look designed rather than assembled. You approve it; we load it.
- Branded menu and price templates
- Animated promos and seasonal campaigns
- Ongoing design support as menus change
Adding a location should take an afternoon, not a project plan.
Your first store is a build. Every store after that is a plug-in. Players ship pre-configured to your account, already carrying your templates and pricing groups — so a new location comes online with your menus already on it.
- 01
Walkthrough
We visit the store, look at sightlines, mounting points, glare, and power, and map out which screens go where.
- 02
Build your templates
We set up your menus, pricing groups, and brand templates so your layouts exist before a single screen ships.
- 03
Pre-configured hardware
Players arrive already tied to your account and content. There is nothing to set up on site.
- 04
Mount & plug in
Clean mounting, hidden cabling, network on. Screens pull your content down on first boot.
- 05
Train & hand over
We show your team the handful of things they will actually use, then stay on call as a local team.
Every screen that makes you money.
Fuel price displays
Update posted pricing from the office the moment it changes, without sending anyone out to the sign.
Hot food menu boards
Pizza, roller grill, chicken, breakfast — with day-parted menus that change themselves.
Cold vault & fountain
Drive attach rate with combo pricing and cold-drink promos right where the customer decides.
Promo & vendor campaigns
Drop in the artwork your vendors already send you and run it across the chain the same day.
Car wash upsell
Push wash packages at the register and the pump, where the add-on decision actually happens.
Lottery & age-restricted notices
Jackpot totals, compliance notices, and required signage — current everywhere, automatically.
We also deploy the same platform for restaurants, churches, offices, and venues across Central Kentucky — but the c-store build is where it earns its keep hardest.
Hardware, software, artwork, and the people who install it.
Most signage vendors sell you one piece and leave the rest to you. We spec the displays, run the platform, design the content, pull the cable, and answer the phone when something needs attention — because all of it is us.
Frequently asked questions.
Can I change prices across all of my stores at once?
Yes. That is the core of the platform. You log in once, change a price or a promo, choose which stores it applies to — one store, a region, or all of them — and publish. Every selected screen updates within seconds. You never have to call a store manager to swap a poster again.
What happens if the internet goes down or the store loses power?
Each screen runs from a media player that caches its content locally, so if the connection drops the screens keep playing the last published schedule — they do not go black or show an error. When power is restored, the players boot straight back into your content automatically, with no staff interaction and no remote to find. The moment the connection returns, any changes you published in the meantime sync down.
Do I have to create my own artwork?
Only if you want to. You can upload your own artwork and videos directly — including the promo assets your fuel brand or vendors already send you — and drop them straight onto any screen. If you would rather hand it off, our in-house design team builds branded templates for your menus, promos, and price displays so everything looks consistent across every store and every screen.
How disruptive is the installation to a working store?
We schedule around your traffic, typically installing during slower hours or overnight. Mounting, cabling, and network setup for a standard screen cluster is usually completed in a single visit, without shutting down the register, the kitchen, or the forecourt.
Can the screens show different content at different times of day?
Yes — this is day-parting, and it runs automatically on a schedule you set once. Breakfast menus switch to lunch on their own, late-night promos appear after a set hour, and seasonal campaigns start and stop on the dates you choose. No one has to be in the store to make it happen.
How do you add a new store location to the system?
We pre-configure the media players before they ship, already assigned to your account and your brand templates. On site, the screens are mounted and plugged in, and they pull down your content automatically on first boot. A new location inherits your existing menus and pricing groups immediately rather than being built from scratch.
Can I use the TVs I already have in the store?
Sometimes, and we will tell you honestly after we look. Consumer TVs are built for a few hours of use a day and tend to fail early in a store that runs 16 or more hours, especially in bright forecourt light. Where an existing screen is appropriate and healthy, we will use it. Where it is likely to fail on you, we will say so rather than install something we expect to replace.
Do you support multiple locations under one account?
Yes. Stores can be grouped however your business actually works — by brand, by region, by owner, or by format — and you can publish to any group in one action. Each location can still carry its own local pricing and promos where it needs to.
Let us walk your store and show you the screens.
We will look at your sightlines, your menu, and your promo calendar, then tell you exactly what we would install and why. No obligation.
